Saturday Morning with Nate

Nathan is a busy kid.  On Saturday morning he had to be a bunch of places at once.  At 7:30 he had to serve breakfast at Applebee's as part of a fundraiser for Drama.  He is playing Herr Zeller in the Sound of Music next month.

Then he switched his t-shirt as we raced clear over at PDMS for the "Rock the House" band extravaganza by 8:30.  He plays the sax.

Then he switched his t-shirt again, as we raced him back to Applebee's to finish up helping and cleaning up the breakfast.

Tati and Sierra, a couple of my sweet young women, sang "Favorite Things" for us tableside as we ate our pancakes.  Great service and entertainment.
Then Nate had to go to the Greek Festival for extra credit.  Luckily, he saw his teacher there, proof that he was there for those extra points.  We ran into the cute Frank family.  The loukoumates (like little fried donuts in honey and nuts)  were yummy!

Nate the Great--what a busy boy. (Just wait until he gets to high school.) The breakfast was delicioso, by the way. Sorry we missed you, but you were long gone by the time we got there. We also had the honor of being seranaded by the lovely Miss Doria. Great fun! Can't wait to see the play.

It was so fun to hang out with you at the Greek Festival! I'm glad you still think we are a cute family after how cranky my 4 year old was :) I hope to run into you again soon!
