Last week Luke decided to wrap himself up in my birthday balloons, and run around the backyard. Maybe he thought he would float up, up, and away, or maybe he was playing with them and somehow got caught in the net of the interwoven streamers. Who knows? But when I saw him running around in the back with a bunch of colorful balloons, I knew I had to grab my camera quick! He didn't want me to take his picture, so he kept running away from me, but I loved the look of all the balloons floating right behind him as he ran. Later it was fun to play with the color on the computer - only with
iPhoto. I haven't had enough experience with my
Photoshop yet.

I really love this one. I think I need to crop it, but am not quite sure the best crop to make.

As it turned out, Luke never got
air born, but he sure wore himself and the photographer out trying.

Looks as though the new camera is doing great! What beautiful pictures!
From the rear Luke reminds me of a peacock strutting his tail feathers. Gotta love it!
I love the fourth from the bottom. It is so dreamy and surreal. It is the essence of childhood.
That's so funny that he kept running away from you. My kids love the camera! And are always asking me to take their pictures.
