Oh how I LOVE spending time with my dear GIRLFRIENDS!!!
I have been lucky to spend a few hours with some dear ladies this month! I am so grateful for my girlfriend!!! Seriously. I really don't know what I'd do without these sweet ladies who keep me in touch with my girly side and understand me like the 7 men who live with me never could. They are my salvation from those crazy testosterone infused days.
My dear, dear friend Shari just celebrated her birthday. I LOVE that sweet gal! We got pedis together, then walked our pretty little toesies into our favorite French patisserie, Clementine! Ooo-la-la! That was girl time to the extreme!
My amazing friend Dayna also had a birthday. This time it was brunch at Panera with a whole host of some of my favorite females. Each one of these ladies is a dear friend and a gift to me!(For posterity: Tara, Dayna, me... Shannan, Dayna, Roxanne, Lisa... Ann, Jenie, Alysa, and of course, Mom) This is certainly not an exhaustive list. There are so many more ladies I adore who didn't happen to be there.

Then my Mom had her birthday! My sister Lisa and I had our weekly bike ride together before meeting mom for lunch. Which explains why I am wearing my biking jersey and look like a sweaty mess, and why Lisa refused to let me take her picture during lunch.
Oh how I love these ladies specifically! My sisters and my mom are my best girlfriends of all! What a fun, fun day we had together! How we missed Mindy and Natalee and Elizabeth!

We decided that we couldn't keep mom all to ourselves, so that night Dad brought her over for a surprise party! I have the best mom in the world, and I am grateful everyday that my children have their grandparents influence in the lives every day!
Thank the Lord for the amazing women in my life. My life is so much richer because of each of you. Keep having those birthdays ladies! You might not need them, but I do!

I miss you guys ! <3
I agree girlfriends are the best, and so is family. One of the reasons I've had such a hard time with my move. I left my awesome friends behind and I no longer live close to my mom or sister. :)
I am so happy to be among your friends. Long live the sisterhood.
