In a Dark Alley

Last month Alex turned 15! To celebrate Alex wanted to go laser bowling. So we brought the whole fam, and my parents and Alex' buddy Cameron to a dark alley for some pizza and bowling.

I also brought my camera so I could practice a little low-light photography. Obviously it didn't go so well. The sad thing is the photography was much better than my bowling was that night.

I am NOT a bowler.
But it was sure fun...

Especially watching the little guys lug those heavy balls around and get so excited.

For his birthday, all Alex wanted was a lock box for his knife collection, and some new knives. You know your kid is not a kid anymore when they ask for a real knife and you actually get it for him!

Alex is such a responsible, hard working, and giving young man. I love him so much. Can't believe he is 15; driving in 1 year :) and gone in four :( .
